Terms of use
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms cover online booking, first visits, profiles, the studio health form, clothing rules, health-fund receipts, the public availability board, waitlist, gift vouchers, and treatment packs for Be Fine Thai Massage at 363 Belgrave-Gembrook Road, Emerald VIC 3782. By creating a profile, booking, walking in, completing a health form, joining a waitlist, or using a voucher, you agree to them and to the disclaimer.
Your profile
A profile is for booking and for the studio to look after your visits. You must be 18 or over to create a profile or book online. Give details that are true, and keep your email and mobile current. You are responsible for the password or social account you use to sign in. If the studio booked you by phone, creating a profile with that same mobile attaches those visits. A sign-in email, if we send one, lets you choose a password later.
Anyone under 18
A person under 18 cannot create an online profile or book on this website by themselves. They may have a treatment as a walk-in or phone customer if a parent or guardian is with them. That adult signs the child's health form. If the parent or guardian is also having a treatment, they complete their own form first, then the child completes a form in the child's name. The child is recorded as their own guest so the parent's details are not overwritten.
Health information and the studio form
The health form — online when you join, or on the tablet in the studio when you arrive — is so a therapist can treat you safely. Tell us about injuries, pregnancy, medications, allergies, areas to avoid, and anything else that matters. Update the studio if that changes. The studio may change or decline a treatment if it would not be safe.
In the studio you sign the form for that visit. If you have been before, you can look up the email on your profile. We fill your last answers. You then either confirm that nothing has changed and sign again, or update what is different and sign. We keep a signed copy for each visit. A parent or guardian must add their name and sign for anyone under 18.
When you sign, you confirm the form is true to the best of your knowledge and that you will tell the therapist if anything changes. If you will claim a rebate, you confirm your health fund and address so the receipt is issued correctly. Health-fund extras usually need a remedial treatment and the therapist's provider number — bring your membership card. We do not store your membership card number on this website.
Clothing
Underwear must be worn for every treatment. We provide clean linen and towels. You may leave jewellery and belts off the table. If you refuse to wear underwear, or refuse to follow these terms, we may cancel the booking, end the session, and ask you to leave. That visit may be recorded as a late cancel or no-show. Treatments are therapeutic. Sexual services are not offered and will not be provided.
Health-fund receipts
Remedial massage can often be claimed on extras. A receipt from us is not a promise that your fund will pay. Cover, waiting periods, item numbers, and remaining limits are your policy. Check them before you come. Tell us at booking or at the studio if the visit should be counted as a health-fund treatment, and bring your membership card.
The public health funds page lists funds we can receipt. We may hide or add a fund at any time. Fund names and logos belong to those funds. Showing them is only so you can see which extras cards we can receipt.
Availability, hours, and unforeseen closure
Usual hours are on the website. Holiday hours and day closures are set by the studio. The public availability board shows open times from confirmed bookings and never shows customer names. A time can fill after you look. A slot on the board is not yours until the booking is confirmed.
If we have to close the shop due to unforeseen circumstances we will cancel remaining visits that day, keep the day visible on the board as closed while we are still inside usual hours, and contact you by SMS or email. We will not keep you waiting for a time we cannot honour.
Bookings, reminders, and waitlist
Online booking holds a time. Payment is at the studio. Change or cancel at least 2 hours before the appointment using the link in your confirmation email, by signing in, by replying CANCEL to a reminder SMS, or by calling (03) 5968 4490. A cancel inside 24 hours may be recorded as a late cancel. Please arrive about 10 minutes early on a first visit so the health form can be finished before your treatment.
Walk-ins who want a massage now are placed on today's calendar as pending until reception gives them a time. If you already booked, use the same name and mobile on the studio form so we can attach it to that visit.
If a time is full you may join the waitlist. A waitlist place is not a booking. We will contact you if a matching time opens; you still need to confirm it. If you then book that same time, the waitlist place closes.
A couples visit is one room and two treatments. Each person chooses their own treatment and length. The room is held until the longer treatment finishes. Person 2 can give their own mobile or email, or use the same contact as the person who booked. Each person still has their own record and, if they claim, their own receipt.
A printed booking card in the studio opens this booking page. Opening it lets us count that the card was used. It does not book a time by itself.
You can ask for the same treatment at the same time each week for up to three months when you book. Closed or already-booked dates in that series are skipped.
Gift vouchers and packs
Gift vouchers hold a dollar amount. Treatment packs hold a set number of visits. Buy them in the studio or by phone. We can email a printable card. Leftover value stays with the holder and can be applied when they book online or when they complete the studio form. A pack or gift held for a parent may be used for a child who visits with them.
If a booking that used a voucher or pack is cancelled, that visit or dollar amount is returned to the holder. A no-show may still use the visit or value. Vouchers and packs are not cash, are not transferable once used, and expire on the date shown. The studio may refuse a code that has already been used or cancelled.
Promotions
Offers on the website apply only to the treatment and dates shown. The usual menu price returns when those dates end. A promotion does not change cancellation notice or studio rules.
What we collect
When you join we collect your name, email, phone, date of birth, emergency contact, and the health and preference details you enter. In the studio we also collect a signature for that visit, and a parent or guardian signature if the guest is under 18. How we hold and use that information is in our privacy policy.
Studio rules
Arrive on time. Treatments are therapeutic and are not a substitute for medical care. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who signs the health form. The studio may end a session or refuse service if someone is unsafe, disrespectful, or will not follow the clothing rule or these terms. Read the first visit notes before you come, and the disclaimer for rebate, availability, and treatment limits.
