Before you come
Your first visit
A first treatment at Be Fine Thai Massage is simple: arrive a little early, tell us what you need worked on, and wear clothes you can stretch in. We are on the main road through Emerald.
When you arrive
- Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can finish your health form in peace.
- Walk-ins are welcome when a therapist is free. Booking online is the surest way to lock a time.
- Parking is along Belgrave-Gembrook Road, outside the studio.
- Under 18s need a parent or guardian with them to sign the form before treatment.
What to wear
- Underwear must be worn. Your booking may be cancelled if you refuse to comply with our terms of use.
- We provide clean linen and towels. You can leave jewellery and belts off the table.
- Tell us about pregnancy, blood pressure, injuries, or areas to avoid on the intake form.
Health funds
Remedial treatments can be claimed on extras. Bring your membership card and tell us at booking or at the studio if this visit should be counted as a health-fund treatment. Check your cover before you come. A receipt is not a promise your fund will pay — see the disclaimer.
Changes and payment
- Cancellations and reschedules need at least 2 hours' notice. A cancel inside 24 hours may be recorded as a late cancel.
- Pay at the studio after your treatment. Gift vouchers and packs can be used from your profile.
- After you book we email a confirmation. You can change or cancel from that link, or reply CANCEL to a reminder SMS.
