Treatments are not medical care
Massage at Be Fine Thai Massage is a therapeutic treatment. It is not a medical diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for seeing a doctor, physiotherapist, or other registered health practitioner. Tell us about pregnancy, blood pressure, injuries, medications, and areas to avoid. We may change or decline a treatment if it would not be safe.
Clothing
Underwear must be worn for every treatment. We provide clean linen and towels. If you refuse to follow this rule, or any other studio rule in the terms of use, we may cancel the booking and ask you to leave. A cancelled visit of that kind may be treated as a late cancel or no-show.
Health-fund rebates
We can issue a receipt for remedial massage when extras cover allows it. That does not mean your fund will pay. Waiting periods, annual limits, item numbers, and whether massage is included are your policy, not ours. Bring your membership card and check your cover before you come. The public health funds list is the funds we can receipt this month. We may hide or add a fund without notice. Fund names and logos belong to those funds. Showing a logo is not an endorsement by that fund, and is not a promise that every product they sell will rebate here.
Availability and unforeseen closure
The public availability board shows open times from confirmed bookings. A time can still fill, or the studio can close a day, after you look. If we have to close because of unforeseen circumstances we will cancel remaining visits that day and contact you by SMS or email. A time on the board is not a booking until you confirm it.
Website content
Hours, prices, promotions, first-visit notes, and the health-fund list can change. Public reviews are quotes Google already publishes. We do not collect payment card numbers on this website.
